Truffle dinner
On October 10th at 19, all truffle gourmets and enthusiasts are invited to Ristorante Flavore for a unique five-course dinner featuring the most coveted mushrooms in the world – exquisite truffles! This irresistible delicacy will be the star of the evening, appearing in appetisers, starters, and main courses, all prepared by two exceptionally talented chefs. One of them is the crown jewel of Ristorante Flavore, Head Chef Kārlis Rūdolfs Aiše. The other is Sergejs Siporovs, a chef arriving from Latvia specifically for this extraordinary event, who has honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants and currently works at Snatch, a restaurant distinguished with the Michelin Bib Gourmand award. Perfect wine pairings for the dishes will be curated by Bestwine’s sommelier, Juri Brattšik.

Cookery school
At our Ristorante Flavore you can enjoy authentic Italian food, but you can also learn how to cook it yourself.
You and your cheerful group of friends, family or colleagues are welcome to Ristorante Flavore cookery school where you can learn how to prepare the most beloved dishes of Italian cuisine. Pasta and pizza are loved by many, and under the guidance of our chefs you will learn how to prepare these dishes, so that you can cook authentic Italian food at home.
Our chefs instruct in English and their assistant chefs explain in Estonian, if necessary. An excellent mixture of talk and laughter, just like in a sunny Italian village ristorante.
About us
Ristorante Flavore is a tribute to Italian traditions and flavours. We take our guests on a culinary journey through Italy, with a selection of authentic food culture presented in a modern key. The contemporary milieu of the Tulemaja (Fire House) opens the ristorante’s atmosphere, allowing overwhelming sociability, the loud merging of tastes and opinions, the passion of the Chef and mostly the daily possibility to eat delicious Italian food made from high-quality ingredients.

What does Flavore mean?
You can’t find the word “flavore” in any language. It is inspired from the English word flavour (taste) with a touch of Italian to get the typical sound. The true meaning of the word opens when you enter our ristorante!
Family-friendly Flavore
Just like in sunny Italy, being with your family and family-friendly dining are important in our restaurant. This has also been noticed by the Estonian Association of Large Families, which recognized Flavore with the label of a family-friendly restaurant. In our case, among other things, a great children’s menu was highlighted, whose animal-shaped pizzas are fun and make both big and small smile. In addition, we offer children drawing tools and smart toys for creative and developing activities. We believe that every member of the family will enjoy the time spent together and the truly authentic tastes of Italy.
