You can enjoy authentic Italian food at Ristorante Flavore, but you can also learn how to prepare food.

You and your company will learn how to prepare the most loved dishes of Italian cuisine at Ristorante Flavore cookery school. Pasta and pizza are loved by many, and under the guidance of our Italian chefs Maurizio and Frederico, you will learn how to prepare them so that you can also cook authentic Italian food at home.

Our Italian chefs instruct in English and the helpers explain in Estonian, if necessary. A mixture of talk and laughter, just like in a sunny Italian village ristorante.

Pasta preparation course

The course includes:
– a welcome drink
-preparing one pasta dish under the guidance of the restaurant’s chefs
– enjoying the prepared food for lunch or dinner
– flavoured water

The course lasts for 2-2.5 hours.
The fee per participant is €25
The recommended group size is 8-12 people

Pizza making course

The course includes:
– a welcome drink
– making one pizza under the guidance of an authentic Italian pizza master
– enjoying the pizza for lunch or dinner
– we offer fresh rocket salad and flavoured water to go with the food

The course lasts for 1.5-2 hours
The fee per participant is €20
The recommended group size is 10-20 people

For kids! Pizza making course

Suitable for ages 8-12!

The course includes:
– a welcome drink
– preparation of one children’s pizza under the supervision of an Italian pizza master
– enjoying the pizza for lunch or dinner
– A soft drink for each participant

The course lasts for 1-1.5 hours
The fee per participant is €15
The recommended group size is 10-20 people

At ristorante flavore cookery school:

– We get to know each other and enjoy a welcome drink
– We divide up the students into teams. Participants can get their own or a joint work surface with the necessary kitchen equipment
– The chef introduces the real world of Italian pastas and pizzas
– The chef introduces the dish to be prepared
– We review the recipe, ingredients and utensils
– The chef explains and gives cooking tips
– We prepare the dish under the guidance of chefs
– Time to enjoy our self-cooked food

From the course you will get the recipe and cooking skills for at least one authentic Italian dish that will surprise your loved ones.
